    Chairman Miley moves to amend the bill on page three, section sixteen-a, subsection (f), line one, after the word “and”, by inserting the word “shall”;

    And,

    On page four, section sixteen-a, subsection (g), line one, after the word “and”, by inserting the word “shall”.
